Hopefully this will help….i had mri scan last year and have a bulging s5 disc pressing my s1 nerve. I got it to stop aching for 1 year and it came bk in april (after being told to loose weight) when i was doing the gym. Now it feels like a constant knot in my bum, aching down my leg and ball of leg gets so tight i have constant pins and needles in my toes especially sitting and lying. Walking am fine. Now im waiting on another mri scan but the feeling is so bad. Just hope these excercises can help as i dont want it to come to being operated on. Any1 else feel this bad?
