i play soccer, so i have been doing a lot of muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance type of exercises which include a lot of explosive movements. I have gained pretty good results. The routine is divided in to two separate days. I have practice tuesdays and thursdays. I was thinking of implementing Zyzz’s routine Monday-thursday and do my other routines friday and saturday with rest on sunday. Im 17 and have been in the gym little over a year now, Im more than experienced and my strength levels have increased tremendously since i first started, i take my health really serious. do you think this would be a good plan?
